Martins Denis, UFC – More than one year has passed since Ronys Torres, a native of Manacapuru city in Amazonas, Brazil, signed his name on the dotted line of a UFC contract.
The expectations for the debut of this competitor with the 18-1 résumé (eight subs, eight TKOs / KOs and only two decisions) were high, because after being chosen as the best Brazilian fighter in 2008, Torres was going to show those outside Brazil what had made him so celebrated in his home country.
